Multisport Coaching Specialist

Hi, I’m Cody, the coach behind True Grit Multisport. I’ve been immersed in the world of triathlon for over a decade — racing, learning, and growing alongside this incredible sport. What started as a personal challenge quickly became a passion, and over the years, it’s evolved into something even greater: helping others unlock their full potential through consistent, smart training.

As an endurance athlete myself, I know firsthand the grit it takes to chase big goals — whether it’s finishing your first sprint triathlon, setting a new PR at 70.3, or conquering the full Ironman distance. I bring deep knowledge across all three disciplines — swim, bike, and run — and combine it with expertise in strength training to build well-rounded, injury-resilient athletes.

What truly drives me as a coach is seeing athletes show up day after day, put in the work, and accomplish things they never thought possible. It’s not about perfection — it’s about progress, consistency, and having the courage to keep going when it gets hard.
